I specialize in helping small business owners in the construction industry build more stable and successful businesses.  I help you find what motivates you and then help you build and implement your business goals around that.

I typically coach around financial issues relating to business so you can achieve more success.  This includes:

·         Getting out of debt

·         Setting short-term and long-term financial and business goals

·         Planning for financial independence

·         Budgeting and living on irregular income

·         Helping employees with their finances

 I also will work with you on all your business-related issues, including marketing, business planning, and navigating the construction industry.

1. We talk about your values and what is important to you in your life.

(Because you work to live, not live to work, right?)

2. We clarify your goals. 

(You have to figure out what you are working for—this is your blueprint.)

3. We identify what is keeping you from achieving your goals and make sure that your goals match up with your values.

(We are going to take the “shoulds” out of your vocabulary!)

4. We break these goals down into manageable steps and create an action plan.  I will give you support, structure, and accountability as you work toward your goals.

(I’m your project manager for your goals!)

5. We reevaluate your goals from time to time to keep you on track.  And we will give you space to celebrate successes.       

(Because everyone likes a party, even if it is little!)
